Real sourdough, slowly made. Our loaves are naturally leavened and long-fermented for a deep, tangy crumb and a crackling crust - no commercial yeast, no shortcuts. Bake-day favourites include our Country Loaf and fresh-milled Red Fife, plain or seeded. Reserve your loaf for pickup from our outdoor bread cabinet in Kingston's west end.
