Each loaf and flour blend is made with freshly milled Red Fife wheat, ground just before baking or pickup to preserve the natural flavour and aroma of the grain. The result is a deeper, more nourishing bread and flour that performs beautifully in your own kitchen.
We work with local farms to source high-quality Red Fife wheat and rye berries. Our seeded loaves include organic flax, millet, sesame, and sunflower seeds.

Our pizza dough and cinnamon rolls are made with organic flour from Quebec, selected for its consistency and performance and prepared for you to bake fresh at home.
Pickup is available from our outdoor cabinet in Kingston’s west end near Henderson Place.
