This loaf is made with a blend of organic bread flour from Quebec, along with fresh-milled Red Fife wheat and rye sourced from Canadian farms. The combination brings strength, depth, and a balanced flavour, with fresh milling preserving the natural character of the grain.



Storage & Handling

Store at room temperature in a paper bag or wrapped in a cloth for up to 2 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze. Refresh in a warm oven to bring back its crust and aroma.
