Curious about sourdough but don’t know where to begin?

Step into the kitchen and experience the art of sourdough baking in a hands-on, welcoming environment. In this immersive workshop, you will see how simple ingredients come together to create bread with depth, character, and flavour. You will learn how sourdough works, watch each step unfold, and take part in the process yourself.

Together, we will explore the essential techniques that bring sourdough to life: mixing, folding, scoring, and baking. You will see the stages of fermentation in action, taste a variety of sourdough creations, and bake something of your own to take home.

Each class offers its own focus and recipe, from classic loaves to bagels, pizza dough, and special seasonal bakes, but every session follows the same spirit of learning by doing. The goal is not perfection, but confidence, curiosity, and the joy of baking real bread by hand.

By the end of class, you will head home with your own fresh bake, a dried starter to revive at home, and the inspiration to keep baking sourdough in your own kitchen.
