I joined a party of 6 this day to become more informed about my early sourdough journey. I was looking for supporting info and the “why’s” & purposes of typical steps to logically follow thru ~ along with a baking . It was perfect for me! Lisa was prepared, encouraging us to ask our Qs, & it wasn’t rushed. And, the non edible goodies will surely be helpful to the tool box of sourdough baking! Thx Lisa!
Today I did the 100 % rye sourdough class....met some really super nice ladies, had fun and made a yummy loaf. Thanks Lisa you rock!!!

The bagel class was so fun! It was more than I expected! Lisa made it inviting and set us up for success by having sourdough prepared ahead so we got to bake AND create the same day. So we not only got to feast on delicious bagels but got to take our dough home so we could get started right away! It was brilliant! I loved it!
I have never baked bread before. This class gave me the tools and confidence to go from being a beginner to having the ability to bake a sourdough artisan loaf. The class was well organized and a hands-on fun way to learn a new skill.
Sourdough is something I have wanted to do for years and this starter-making class was a wonderful way to help me make my own. I learn by doing so this was a great experience for me
This sourdough starter class has been a great experience. I wanted to learn how to make a bread that did not contain yeast. I learned the science behind making starter and was able to experiment on the side with the discarded bits of the starter. It was really impressive to see how we have all progressed through the last week on Teams calls. We were able to talk about our successes and challenges. Great way to learn. I am trying my hand at making a small loaf on day 9 of 14 for the starter journey. My starter just bloomed a little quicker than expected so I thought - why not try it. Keep you all posted.
My husband signed me up for this class for my birthday and I am SO glad he did! The time the instructor takes to explain everything about sourdough is fantastic! The product we created during the class was outstanding! The pizza crust is the best I have ever had! Thank you so much for making this available!
I have been making sourdough for a few years but only using the internet for my instructions. The class helped explain and simplify so many things. It was such a great day and would highly recommend this class for beginners and novice. Thank you so much for such a great day!

This was a wonderful way to spend a day. Not only was the pace easy for everyone to be able to keep up. During the pizza lunch break we had plenty of time to ask questions. Find out why and how we possibly failed at home. The relaxed atmosphere and gentle guiding made this so much fun. I just want to say thank you. Not only did I make my pizza at home but did it up wood fired and it has got to be the best pizza ever. Hubby is already putting a request in for more this weekend. He is also loving his sourdough bread. I have gained confidence. Have a great day. Well worth every penny

Our instructor Lisa was very knowledgeable, passionate, and offered a very well-structured and easy to follow course. I loved that we covered all steps, from start (making the levain) to finish (cooking it), and tasting it too!!! 😋
The hands-on practice was invaluable, and I appreciated the emphasis on understanding the science behind the starter & bread making. The course included many helpful tips; on ingredient selection, equipment, and storage as well as an apron and a bread making kit to get you started!
I can't wait to put to work that newfound knowledge into my next batch of pizza dough! 🧑🍳
