Comprehensive Hands-on Sourdough class

I have never baked bread before. This class gave me the tools and confidence to go from being a beginner to having the ability to bake a sourdough artisan loaf. The class was well organized and a hands-on fun way to learn a new skill.

This was a wonderful way to spend a day. Not only was the pace easy for everyone to be able to keep up. During the pizza lunch break we had plenty of time to ask questions. Find out why and how we possibly failed at home. The relaxed atmosphere and gentle guiding made this so much fun. I just want to say thank you. Not only did I make my pizza at home but did it up wood fired and it has got to be the best pizza ever. Hubby is already putting a request in for more this weekend. He is also loving his sourdough bread. I have gained confidence. Have a great day. Well worth every penny
