This was a wonderful way to spend a day. Not only was the pace easy for everyone to be able to keep up. During the pizza lunch break we had plenty of time to ask questions. Find out why and how we possibly failed at home. The relaxed atmosphere and gentle guiding made this so much fun. I just want to say thank you. Not only did I make my pizza at home but did it up wood fired and it has got to be the best pizza ever. Hubby is already putting a request in for more this weekend. He is also loving his sourdough bread. I have gained confidence. Have a great day. Well worth every penny

Iβve been making bread and pizza dough for years yet did not understand why results would vary from one batch to the next!!
Our instructor Lisa was very knowledgeable, passionate, and offered a very well-structured and easy to follow course. I loved that we covered all steps, from start (making the levain) to finish (cooking it), and tasting it too!!! π
The hands-on practice was invaluable, and I appreciated the emphasis on understanding the science behind the starter & bread making. The course included many helpful tips; on ingredient selection, equipment, and storage as well as an apron and a bread making kit to get you started!
I can't wait to put to work that newfound knowledge into my next batch of pizza dough! π§βπ³
This course is for all levels; beginners, bread making enthusiasts or those just looking for to improve their baking skills.

Always wanted to learn how to make pain au levain and was able to do it in a very friendly and convivial environment; came home with a lovely bread
Which i shared with a friend that knows a bit about it and she said that bread was perfect; not dense and she even said that it was on the same level as some bread sold in bakeries: also came home with pizza dough ; lovely way to learn something new and an absolutely delightful prof
Had a great day with a group of six people. Very hands on. Loads of instruction. Not rushed. Lise provides all the tools necessary to make the bread and pizza dough and you take it all away with you, and more, so you are ready to begin the process when you get home. Have made bread and pizza since with great success. So easy! She even showed us how to dehydrate the sourdough starter to be reconstituted later so you don't have jars of starter to maintain! Great class.
