This is the exact organic flour blend used in our country loaves, made with organic hard white, organic fresh-milled Red Fife wheat, and rye. Carefully milled and sifted, it’s ready for you to take home and bake with confidence.
Each 2 kg bag is portioned and sifted to match the method our students have learned, so you can skip the guesswork and focus on the process.
A portion of the freshly sifted bran is included separately, perfect for feeding your starter or using as a topping on your loaves.
