This loaf is made with Red Fife wheat, a Canadian heritage grain known for its rich flavour and excellent baking qualities. We source high-quality Red Fife wheat and rye berries from local farms, then mill the flour fresh to bring out the full character of the grain.

Storage & Handling

Store at room temperature in a paper bag or wrapped in a cloth for up to 2 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze. Refresh in a warm oven to bring back its crust and aroma.
