Sourdough Bread & Pizza A Hands-On Baking Workshop
Step into the kitchen for a full-day, hands-on sourdough workshop focused on baking both artisan bread and naturally leavened pizza dough from scratch. This class is designed to give you real skills, good food, and the confidence to bake successfully at home.
Together, we will mix, shape, and score sourdough bread dough, then make sourdough pizza dough and bake pizza to enjoy during class. We focus on the techniques that truly matter, including shaping, scoring, hydration, fermentation timing, and sourdough starter care, without unnecessary jargon.
This workshop is beginner friendly, yet detailed enough for experienced home bakers looking to deepen their understanding. We move at a steady, thoughtful pace, with time for questions, tasting, and hands-on learning.
You will leave with bread, dough, tools, and clear next steps for baking sourdough bread and pizza again and again in your own kitchen.
