Step into the kitchen for a full-day, hands-on sourdough bread and pizza workshop focused on baking artisan sourdough bread and naturally leavened pizza dough from scratch. You will mix, shape, and score sourdough bread dough, then make sourdough pizza dough and enjoy fresh pizza during class.
We focus on the techniques that truly matter, including shaping, scoring, hydration, fermentation timing, and sourdough starter care, without unnecessary jargon. You will learn what to look for in your dough, how to work with it confidently, and how to repeat the process in your own kitchen.
