Each 420g dough ball makes one medium pizza (about 14 inches).

Available for pickup on Wednesdays and Fridays only.

How to Use

  1. Remove dough from the fridge in the morning (around 8 am).
    Place on a lightly floured plate and cover with plastic wrap.
  2. Allow dough to rest at room temperature until soft and easy to stretch.
    If the dough springs back, allow more time to warm and relax.
  3. Shape by hand, top as desired, and bake at high heat (up to 525°F).
    Check after 5 minutes and continue baking until done.
  4. For best results, bake on a pizza stone or steel.
    If using a sheet pan, drizzle a little oil around the dough to crisp the bottom.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Check label for best before date. Dough may be previously frozen. Do not refreeze.
